After all these years… I’m coming home.

Friday, December 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM marks a moment that is deeply personal and incredibly exciting for me: my return to the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch, the very stage where my second life as a musician truly began.

For nearly a decade, I couldn’t play guitar. A car accident changed my life, and the pain—physically and emotionally—was profound. But in 1990, something magical happened. With the help of relentless grit, divine timing, and the unwavering love of music, I stepped onto the stage at Gainey Ranch for the first time… and I felt reborn.

From 1990 to 1999, I played night after night to packed houses, meeting the most incredible people—some of whom are still with me to this day. The Gainey Ranchers, as I lovingly call you, helped lift me up, supported my dream, and created a musical community that became a Valley tradition. That stage saw me go from a man fighting to reclaim his passion to an artist performing for thousands and eventually reaching millions.

And now, we’re going back. Together.

Working on my biography has me going down memory lane and re-living the highs and lows and let me tell you: Gainey Ranch and my time with all of you was a definite high point!

This night is more than just a concert—it's a celebration of everything we built at Gainey, a reunion of old friends and new faces, and a chance to make brand-new memories in a place that holds my heart.

If you were there in the 90s, I want to see you again. If you’ve never seen us live at Gainey, now is the time to feel that magic. This will be one of the most emotional and joyful nights of the year for me—and I hope it will be for you, too.
